Discovery Call with Dr. Rachelle (15 minutes)
During your Discovery Call, you will share your primary health concerns and goals, learn about the available concierge medical programs, and get to know Dr. Rachelle and how she can help you transform your health with Naturopathic and Chinese Medicines.
- Before you book your call, please note:
- New patients must purchase a wellness program first to become a patient in the practice.
- ReJuvenate Natural Medicine is a cash-based practice and is not contracted with any private health insurance or state insurance such as Medicare/Medicaid.
- Dr. Rachelle’s medical programs are not insurance or an alternative to healthcare coverage. These are complementary and elective medical care services.
- There is a $1000 minimum to enroll in our concierge programs. Interest-free payment plans are available. Ask for details during your call.
Tier 1: Realize Your Health
Have Dr. Rachelle’s knowledge and expertise with you throughout the year. This does not include labs, so you should already have your labs done by your PCP. If you need help deciding what labs to request or have done, Dr. Rachelle can help you with that. If you need help understanding your basic lab results. If you need help understanding your current medications. These are very quick consults to explain labs or medications. This is generally for healthy individuals whose health is being managed by a PCP.
- Who is it not for: This is not for medical treatment, complex health issues, managing of health care, acute health events
- Included: One 60-minute intake with PCP general lab review and 1-3 60-minute follow ups or 4-6 30-minute (maybe 60-minute consults every 3 months).
- Price: $1222 PIF, or $122/month for 12 months.
Tier 2: A 3-month Wellness Refresh
- 2 Discounted Diagnostic and Functional Tests
- 5 Virtual Doctor Consultations with Dr. Rachelle (Intake, lab review, three 30-minute follow-ups)
- 2 Medium Nutritional IVs
- Supplement discounts
- Monthly costs: $1000 Initial, $725 Monthly for 2 Months (Total $2450)
- Paid in full costs: $2205 (10% discount)
Tier 3: 6-month ReJuvenation for Complex Care
- 4 Discounted Diagnostic and Functional Tests
- 7 Virtual Doctor Consultations with Dr. Rachelle (Intake, 2 lab reviews, 5 follow-ups)
- 4 Medium Nutritional IVs
- Supplement discounts
- Monthly costs: $1000 Initial, $635 Monthly for 5 Months (Total $4175)
- Paid in full costs: $3757 (10% discount).
Cancellation Policy:
Please be considerate by canceling or rescheduling your appointment if you cannot attend. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-showing is disrespectful and unprofessional, and we have a zero-tolerance policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24-hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. If you miss your video call or IV session and fail to notify Dr. Rachelle, rescheduling will only be permitted at Dr. Rachelle’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding!
