I believe everyone should have conventional, or basic, lab testing at least once a year as a general check-up. This way when something does change, there will be a baseline to see any changes. I also do Functional Lab testing which are labs that are not standard, but they help us see if your organs are functioning at an optimal level, not just in a broad reference range level. We can discover imbalances early to prevent illness or to finally get answers when there are gaps in conventional care. Current Functional Lab testing offered includes food sensitivity, stool analysis, micronutrient deficiency, cortisol rhythms, neurotransmitter, sex hormone panels, and rhythms, and maybe expand to include even more tests!
